Features:

A102 stainless steel welding electrode weld metal with good mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion resistance. Suitable for both AC and DC operation, it is resistant to reddening, produces a smooth arc with minimal spatter, and yields aesthetically pleasing weld bead formation. It offers excellent workability and good weldability in all positions.

Application:

For welding 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel structures with operating temperatures below 300°C.

Precautions:
1. Before welding, heat the electrodes to 350°C for 1 hour. Use immediately after heating.
2. Thoroughly clean rust, oil, moisture, and other contaminants from the workpiece before welding.
3. Maintain low current and short arc operation during welding.
