Description:
A132 stainless steel welding rod weld metal exhibits excellent mechanical properties and resistance to intergranular corrosion. Suitable for both AC and DC operation, the rod resists reddening, produces a smooth arc with minimal spatter, and yields aesthetically pleasing welds. It offers good workability and excellent all-position weldability.
Applications:
For welding stainless steels containing niobium, titanium, and 304L.
Precautions:
1. Prior to welding, the electrodes must be baked at 350°C for one hour; use immediately after baking.
2. Before welding, thoroughly clean the workpieces of rust, oil, moisture, and other contaminants.
3. Maintain low current and short arc operation during welding.
